Beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and 500 m from the beach. On the ground floor, a very lunimeux conditioned room with a beautiful very functional kitchen and a double sofa bed. Overlooking one side to a shaded terrace with barbecue, this is the perfect relaxation area. On the other side, an enclosed garden allows children to play in peace. The location of this home allows that one takes over the car to go shopping or go to the beach.
