About this villa rental
The owners welcome you on your arrival in Bonifacio and accompany you to the rental. Documentation is available and we will advise you on the activities and visits to do to allow you to discover the region and make the most of your stay.
Baby equipment and childcare equipment provided on request (travel cot, baby sheets and blankets, booster seat, potty...)
Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Sofa, TV, CD player, DVD player, radio.
Wi-Fi Internet access, documentation on the city, the region (maps, maps and activities) provided on arrival to make the most of your stay.
Heating and air conditioning.
Bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer
Bed linen and linen (towels - dish towels) and beach umbrella provided.
Private parking
Outdoor facilities with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.
Gated and secure residence.
Internal regulations:
- Arrival on site from 5 p.m.
- Departure no later than 10 a.m.
- Accommodation Instructions:
•Upon arrival, the landlord will give the tenant the keys and instructions relating to the accommodation.
• The rental is delivered in a perfect state of cleanliness, so it is requested that the latter be left in the same condition when the accommodations are returned.
• Cleaning fee: if the tenant does not wish to take care of the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional 100 euros will be requested to be added to the rental price.
• The tenant expressly undertakes to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. and to hand over the keys to the landlord. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out with the landlord on the day of departure, so the rental must be in the same condition as when the tenants arrived.

This is a private, quiet, peaceful place to stay. Very clean. We enjoyed it. The host is helpful and available. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions and she responded promptly whenever we did. She provided great information for enjoying the surrounding area. A couple of our favorites were visiting the beautiful walled city of Bonifacio and the beautiful beaches nearby- Plage de Rondinara. The road to these beaches are good, there is parking and an easy hike to three unique and gorgeous beaches. We got up early one morning to catch a sunrise. We had it all to ourselves. We encountered wild cows there. Just keep distance and go around them if you see them. They are not domestic.
This rental would be difficult if you have mobility issues. There are a few steep stairs and no exterior lights to navigate in the dark. Bring your own hand soap and hand towels. Kitchen was nice and well appointed.
There is a beautiful private patio and green space as well enclosed by a lovely stone wall.
We highly recommend this rental and this area of Corsica.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Marie-Helene was wonderful to work with. Very helpful and available. Location was an easy drive into town. But you don’,t have to deal with the traffic in town to get around to other sites. We would happily stay there again

I can honestly recommend this place 100%
We had to change our dates at the last minute, and Marie Helene did absolutely everything to help us and to let us check in early
She even organized to make a fence so our dog was safe in the garden
Kitchen is perfect, lounge and bedrooms aswell
The accommodation was super clean and quiet....... and literally less than 5 minutes to Bonifacio
We had a great time even though the restaurants were closed because of Covid and this is a perfect and safe place to enjoy the South side of the island
Any golfers who read this will LOVE Sperone GC which is only 10 minutes away
Thank you Marie Helene, we will definitely be coming back !
