Nicely decorated, this peaceful and spacious country house can accommodate 4 people. Its pretty and vast wooded park includes a heated swimming pool and the passage of a stream. A SPA will be set up from April 2019. A real haven of peace !
You will have in sight the magnificent castles of Bruniquel located in one of the "most beautiful villages of France", they are perched on a rocky outcrop dominating the valleys of Aveyron.
Located 2 km from the center of the medieval village of Bruniquel, in the heart of the magnificent natural landscape of the Midi-Pyrénées region, this Villa is nestled in a large, lush private park with a heated swimming pool and a SPA. Atypical style and provided with 2 bedrooms with independent bathrooms. Bright and spacious, decorated in a refined style.
The "Master" room is the first room including a large double bed in 160 with a bathroom and a beautiful walk-in shower, a sink, private toilet, and enough to store your belongings in the shelves. While the second has a double bed 140 and a bathroom, with a large walk-in shower and toilet.
In order to ensure you a most pleasant stay throughout the year, the house has reversible air conditioning in each room, a washing machine. The charming living room has a TV.
The elegant kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare your meals, such as a stove, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Do you want to dine outdoors? Choose from three terraces with barbecue. This furnished terrace is ideal for enjoying your meals while admiring the view of Bruniquel castle, the garden and the swimming pool.

This was a stunning property, with glorious views and ideally located for day explorations of nearby hill top villages. We had lovely days visiting sights in the morning then lounging on the terrace and by the pool. Our son adored playing the pool (which in July was nice and shaded by 4pm, an ideal time for playing before dinner/BBQ).

The property is in a beautiful secluded setting and the surrounding countryside is lovely too. There are lots of medieval hilltop villages and plenty of cycling, and walking routes for the more active. Maeva and Cédric looked after us well and when we had a problem they sorted it out straight away.

The area is quiet and peaceful, no direct neighbours and set on a huge plot of Land with total privacy. The house is nicely laid out. We used the Jacuzzi and it was nice and relaxing. There is no outside light so a torch for letting the dog out is a must!
This is not a good property for people with hip and knee problems as the surrounding area is very steep. For children a good area as they can play and run around there without any problems. Offers TV with multi Languages and good internet connection.
The only thing needed was a normal coffee machine (which we brought with us) not one with capsules.
This is an ideal property for 2 of for a small family to have total privacy in a secluded area!
