Finca El Encanto is a wonderful country house ( 600m2) situated on a dead end in the quiet green residential area surrounded by green fields and pine forests. You can park your car safely on private property. The sandy beaches of LLoret de Mar are located just within 15-20 minutes driving.
Finca El Encanto consists of 2 semi-detached houses.
First house
Entrance: Here you find the living room, open kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom
First floor: Here you find the 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
Second house
Entrance: Here you find the living room, independent kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom
First floor: Here you find the 4 bedrooms
The villa has a 4th bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) outside near the porche, ideal when you spend your day outside at the pool.
The interior of Finca El Encanto is is a mix of typical spanish country style. Finca El Encanto disposes of a a splendid view the green mountains.
Outside you have a large wonderful garden on the plot of 3000m2, big swimming pool of 70m2 with lawn around, bbq, several terraces This holdiay residence is very suitable for several families because of the privacy.
