Beautiful apartment completely renovated end of 2016.
This rental is located in a small residence on the 2nd floor with elevator, facing south with sea and on the Fort Square, it offers a three-room 85m² with a terrace.
The room of life of 35m ² gives you an open kitchen (American) on the corner meal and the living room with three picture windows.
(1) room of 13m ² air-conditioned with a bed 160X200 big comfort, (Possibility 2 beds 80X200), a big cupboard, a chest of drawers, television, bedside tables. Adjoining this room a dressing room with washing machine and a toilet.
(2) air conditioned 11sqm room with a comfort 140x200 Bz, closet, dresser.
A bathroom with large shower.
A separate WC.
Parking your vehicle in a secure parking + possibility parking in the basement for bicycles

BY CAR: The location of this rental offers many possibilities for visits to the region between Cannes and Nice.

Really enjoyed our stay at Claude and Annie's property. Convenient location for beaches / town. Happy with all aspects of the property and our hosts.

My wife and I have travelled to Antibes for the last 18 years (bar pandemic years) and have stayed in many different apartments but none exceed the quality of this apartment. It is spacious, airy and very comfortable with everything you need. It has a wraparound balcony which captured the sun all day long. It’s location to the main town is about a 10-to-15-minute walk which was ideal for us. The owner, Claude Juan and his wife are the ideal hosts. Claude gave us a warm welcome and contacted us via WhatsApp a couple of ties during our stay making sure everything was perfect and made suggestions of places to see as we had driven to the resort so was able to travel around the area. Claude also provided gated secure parking.
We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning in the near future.
Thank you once again for a wonderful stay.

propiétaires très accueillants . appartement très confortable très bien équipé . résidence bien entretenue et propre . garage privatif en sécurité . bien situé à 20 mn à pied du centre du vieil Antibes et de la plage avec une vue sur mer . Un grand balcon . Les points négatifs:en bordure d 'un axe très fréquenté donc très bruyant du matin au soir malgré les deux doubles baies . Pour nous la literie n' était pas assez confortable dans les deux chambres dommage pour le repos !!! A part cela bon séjour à Antibes . En vous remerciant encore pour votre accueil chaleureux
