About this apartment rental
Pleasant renovated studio but faithful to the Charlotte Perriand spirit. Classification 2 Paradiski crystals **. Located in Pierra Menta residence, known as calm. Balcony not overlooked mountain side, Mont-Blanc view.
Although of modest surface (30m2), by its design our apartment gives the impression of space (separate sleeping area) and offers clever storage. It is located in the heart of the village of Charvet which concentrates all the shops, restaurants, bars and services (post office, banks, medical office, pharmacy, laundromat, tourist office ..). Easy access to the slopes, ski lift boxes, ski schools, and the many sports activities offered by the resort. Covered parking (paying) and stop for nearby free shuttles.
It is not billed in advance for cleaning fees but it is offered (€ 50).
In all cases, we ask our guests to be vigilant about the state of play when they leave: dishes made and put away, refrigerator emptied and cleaned, garbage cans emptied, soil vacuumed. In the bathroom sink, bath, disinfected WC. Pillows, blankets, folded comforters, all stored in closets.

L’appartement est idéalement placé et très bien équipé.
Mention spéciale pour la propriétaire qui est au petit soin avec ses locataires, tant avant le séjour pour l’organisation que pendant pour savoir si tout va bien.

Everything was fine.
Enough room for us (2 adult + 2 children). It was clean and had all the tools needed for cooking etc. Helpful and quick communication with the owner.
With equipment you probably need less than 10 minutes to the Transarc gondola. But there are also lifts that are closer, e.g. Vagere.
Tout était bien.
Assez de place pour nous (2 adultes + 2 enfants). Il était propre et avait tous les outils nécessaires pour cuisiner, etc. Communication utile et rapide avec le propriétaire.
Avec l'équipement, vous aurez probablement besoin de moins de 10 minutes pour la télécabine Transarc. Mais il y a aussi des telesiege qui sont plus proches, par ex. Vagere.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour aux Arcs malgré la météo un peu maussade. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Le domaine skiable est magnifique et les pistes tout près de la sortie de l'immeuble.
