Charming 30-square-meter studio for 4 to 5 people on the 1st floor of the Pierra Menta residence (Charvet village) with a balcony and mountain views of the Tarentaise Valley. At the base of the slopes (250 m), quiet south-facing location, and right next to shops (ski rentals, grocery stores, restaurants, post office and banks, tourist office, daycare, medical services, ESF ski school, laser tag, etc.)
Fully equipped apartment featuring 1 pull-out bed with slats (160x190) or 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds (80x190), and 1 rollaway bed. Open-concept kitchen equipped with a conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, raclette/pierrade machine, cable TV, and vacuum cleaner.
Paid outdoor parking or covered parking nearby during the winter season.
In summer, however, outdoor parking is free
- Winter: downhill skiing (Paradiski ski area), cross-country skiing, public indoor pool (including hammam and sauna), dog sledding
- Summer: a wide variety of activities including hiking, tennis, golf, outdoor and indoor pool and spa (including a hammam and sauna), mountain biking, tree-top adventure course, sports club, and guide school

Le logement est propre, idéalement placé, à 5 min des remontées mécaniques, au cœur d’un village des Arcs 1800 dans lequel vous trouverez les magasins de location de ski, l’achat de votre forfait etc…
Le logement est assez spacieux pour y loger 5 personnes sans difficulté !

Pour la 2 année consécutive où nous louons cet appartement, c'est que du bonheur. Appartement bien situé,confortable,bien équipé.Propriétaire agréable. Je recommande cet appartement à tous le monde.
