About this chalet rental
Ideally located in the heart of the village of Praz sur Arly, "La Griotte" is a high-end chalet built in 2014 that can accommodate a large tribe in a resolutely mountainous, contemporary and warm atmosphere.
Close to all shops, just 500m skis at the foot of Espace Diamant (195 km slopes) and close to Megève (Evasion Mont Blanc 445km slopes), this chalet with an area of 200 m2 is ideal for meeting in family with children or with friends.
The Griotte is spread over 3 levels:
On the ground floor, a large living room with beautiful openings on a terrace facing the slopes of Espace Diamant can accommodate a table of 14 guests. Large fitted and very functional kitchen.
A double bedroom with private bathroom. (Disabled access)
On the 1st floor, the chalet opens onto a large loft of 50 m2 with beautiful volumes, exposed framework and a central fireplace around which it is pleasant to have an aperitif by the fireplace or dine facing the snow-capped mountains. Two double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
A dormitory 8 people (ideal for children) with its bathroom.
A south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun in peace.
On the ground floor, an independent apartment (disabled access) with double bedroom, private bathroom and living / dining room with fitted kitchen. This part is rented in addition to the chalet.
Adjoining the chalet, a 120 m2 SPA with indoor swimming pool, massage jets, sauna / sanarium and massage room is freely accessible and common to guests of the chalet, the hotel and the La Griyotire residence.
