About this villa rental
This 200m² lagoon-front villa with its beach and pool is located in the center of the village of Maharepa Moorea.
It features 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In total: 1 king-size bed (200x200cm), 1 king-size bed (180x200cm), 1 queen-size bed (160x200cm), and 2 single beds (190x90cm), sleeping accommodations for 8 people.

2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a terrace overlooking the lagoon.
Ground floor:
The 3rd air-conditioned bedroom,
the bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher, dishes and kitchen utensils.
Living room: lounge, sofa, TV, high-speed fiber optic internet.
Dining table for 8 people.
This living room opens onto two large bay windows that overlook the approximately 60 m² terrace and a private 4.5 m x 3 m swimming pool.
A staircase then leads to the sandy beach where you'll find an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue, and kayaks.
This villa is very quiet despite its proximity to shops and restaurants.
Bank 100 m away, supermarket 300 m away, and many lovely little shops.
Many activities can be booked with us (boat excursions, whale and dolphin watching (depending on the season), jet skiing, quad biking, 4x4 safari, electric bikes, waterfront dining on a private motu, as well as treetop adventures, and many other activities).
Air-conditioned villa only in the 3 bedrooms.
No parties or pets allowed, very quiet and respectful neighborhood.

I used the pool twice it was shallow but great for my knee walking without pain I was great full, both sons used property khakis both days and tried fishing from them. No need for a car everything is close by.

Four stars because the pool ladder was broken and we were not able to use it for 4 out of our 7 days. During a night storm with high winds, the umbrella broke and we were told any damage to the property would be our responsibility! (I wondered what would have happened if the roof blew off?) clement said he would not charge us for the umbrella, in exchange for no pool use for most of our stay. All this being said, we enjoyed our stay and Clement and Anais were responsive and friendly. It is a lovely place within walking a few steps to shops and pastries and with a private beach and gorgeous water. The full service kitchen was a real plus!

Heaven on earth … Moorea is so beautiful! Just look at our pics.. we had a native come teach us flower headdress making, such a highlight for the teenager!

Clement and Anaiis are great hosts. Awesome communicators with lots of useful information. The house is just what you want. You never get bored of looking at the amazing view from the deck. Close to lots of local amenities… especially our favourite restaurant Ke’iki!
