1) Based on the minimal address information provided, it can be difficult to have a good taxi-limo driver find the building. There should be advice provided that your car must go into the correct lower tunnel parking area.
2) Security personnel are present and helpful.
3) The studio has cracked windows and cracked balcony railings.
4) The bath mats need to be replaced as they are discolored and ruined.
5) The interior door hardware and trim need to be repaired and re-painted.
6) The cookware was dirty and needs replacement.
7) The pigeons love the outside balcony and it shows.
8) The neighborhood at night is not conducive to walking by yourself.
