About this house rental

* Very quiet house of 60 m2 on full feet (2 outdoor steps) with enclosed garden of 280m2 around the house, located 150m from the supervised beach and the sailing school, in a very quiet private cul-de-sac near all shops accessible on foot, car not necessary once on site, parking outside the house easy access all around and nearby, no wifi on site. (free 400m to the tourist office or 150m on the beach esplanade) 2 bedrooms: 1 140cm bed and 3 90cm beds. Each bed has a mattress protector, pillow, fleece comforter and blanket. (sheets not provided)
* Garden surrounding the house, half long and long chairs and wooden terrace with dining area not overlooked, barbecue, bikes (rental in the center of Sion), shed, no private pool. (Recent indoor and outdoor aquatic complex in 3km)
* Small dishwasher 6 place settings, Senseo coffee maker, paper pod, kettle, small oven, combined microwave, 3 gas burners and 1 electric hob, steamer, wok, Dutch oven, washing machine.
* Walks on foot (starting at 50m) are arranged all along the cornice of Sion, in the dunes or in the forest and fishing on foot is very pleasant. There are also 150km cycle paths all along the sea. The beach stretches for several km.
* The charm of the small village of Sion also rests on the presence of 2 lively markets per week 400m from the house where catering is possible on site, but also in a small restaurant overlooking the sea, called "the beach cafe" where tradition mixes with brasserie, on the terrace or in the dining room, where tasting lobster and lobster is possible (depending on the season). To delight the taste buds, a fishpond is open all year round, 500m from the house.
* Flea market and exhibition take place regularly in the center, readers will appreciate the beach library July-August, and bargain hunters will appreciate garage sales.
* There is entertainment on the beach in summer, a merry-go-round and a park for small children, the older ones will not escape the spider: this large rope structure where children climb and play acrobats, above of the sea! Others can enjoy the nautical activities offered by the sailing school on the beach (150m from the house) or the surf school in St Gilles (3 km), bowling or laser games, an open aquatic center all year round in St Gilles (10 mins), an ESCAPE GAME (10 mins) or even a tree climbing course at 10 min.

The garden is sheltered from the wind, with a choice of exposure because the sun goes around the house. Proximity to the center where all the amenities are located: pharmacy, medical office, delicatessen, rotisserie, fishmonger, bakery, convenience store, post office, tourist office, bars, restaurants, ATMs, ready-to-wear store, laundromat, newsagent, hairdresser...
Work is planned for 2019 (enlargement of the wooden terrace approximately 15m2 more, laying of tiles in the kitchen and bathroom and statified floor in the living room and bedrooms, repair of the wooden shutters as well.

Pour nos premières vacances avec notre bébé de 7 mois, nous recherchions un logement qui puisse nous accueillir. La maison se situe dans un quartier calme, qui donne l'impression d'être loin de tout et pourtant, à moins de 10 min à pied se trouvent les commerces de proximités et à 4 min en voiture, un hypermarché. Ce qui est appréciable. La plage surveillée est à 300 mètres. Les propriétaires de cette jolie petite maison mettent à disposition une chaise haute, un lit bébé (avec "vrai" matelas) et une baignoire gonflable. Cela nous a permis de ne pas nous encombrer pour le voyage. De plus, la chambre enfant dispose de volets et d'un rideau occultant, ce qui a permis à notre enfant de faire de bonne sieste l'après-midi. (La chambre parentale également) Malgré de forte température, la maison reste fraiche. L'extérieur bien aménagé, nous a permis de nous détendre. Des parasols sont à dispositions ainsi qu'un barbecue. Petit bémol : le stationnement. Les stationnements sont situés dans une zone bleue, ce qui nous oblige à changer de place toutes les 2H. Une rue à 2 min n'est pas concernée, mais encore faut-il y trouver une place. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires pour la mise en place des besoins avant notre arrivée.

La petite maison " la lézarde " est idéalement placée à environ 200 m de la plage de Sion. Les commerces de proximité et le marché permettent un séjour sans voiture au quotidien. Les longues balades sur le bord de plage sont très agréables. La maison offre tout confort et équipements. La terrasse ensoleillée et le coin détente- transats sont vraiment très agréables. L'accueil de Christelle et les échanges avec les propriétaires se sont super bien passés. Tous sont à l'écoute des hôtes ! Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçu ..!
