Very nice F2 facing the sea, direct access to Sainte-Anne beach, swimming pool, tennis

This flat has a five star view and location in Sainte-Anne. Dominque and Pierre were amazing hosts , quick to respond and knowledgeable of the area.

The flat with a big balcony and sea view ist fantastic situated, near to all facilities you normaly need. Landlord Pierre is very attentive and absolutely reliable. The gasbottle for cooking was changed immediately after our message. And his wife and he both speak very good English, wich helped us (not speaking French, shame on us...) very much. Highly recommended!

Convenient location-we could walk everywhere. Beach is perfect! CleAn. Owner was very accommodating and was there to greet us when we arrived. Beautiful surroundings-property is well maintained; someone was there to clean the entryway and to clean the pool and cut the lawn while we were there. It would be helpful to have a washer/dryer; the one in our unit did not work.

Great stay and vacation! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Even leaving some fruit, coffee and tea upon arrival, which was very much appreciated! Both speak perfect English and ensured we had contact information in case we were in need of anything. When we weren't able to figure out the cable TV, the offered to come right over to show us. The pictures are true, the terrace and kitchen overlook the sea in a section that is quiet as there are rocks instead of beach just in front. A great beach is accessible just past the bbq shown in the photos. The water is calm and beautiful, beach comes alive at night with vendors and families enjoying a meal on the beach! Perfect balance of privacy and being close to activities. You can easily walk to everything in St Anne which is faster than car. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook proper meals. Loved Guadeloupe, beautiful island, open friendly locals, great options for food, markets and beaches!
