About this apartment rental

Comfortable ground floor villa, fully enclosed property with parking, quiet, secure swimming pool, games for children covered, bowling and table tennis table, large lawns. Outdoor terrace with table, benches and barbecue. Pets allowed with supplement (see rates). Controlled by the UDOTSI 3 star Tourist Office Thonon-Les-Bains. Owner on site for more services. 51m² for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, living room-kitchen, sofa, flat screen TV, table and chairs, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, electrical appliances, crockery and kitchen utensils. Only the sheets, towels and house are not provided, possibility to rent on request.

The gîte is very dark so had to keep the door open. The biggest grumble is thar all the cupboards are filled with ‘stuff’, eg 50 dinner plates, enough cutlery for an army, and lots of surplus old and superfluous gadgets which meant there was not one cupboard to put any food, only the fridge. The benches outside are covered in plastic which are deteriorating so you stick to them. The proprietor was very nice.

Les proprietaires sont a l ecoute, disponibles, tres professionnels monsieur gerard est de bons conseils pour les visites ou tous autres renseignements agreable, gentil et plein d humour ...vous commandez le soir le petit dejeuner... il vous ramene le pain et les viennoiseries tout frais le matin . Le cadre est magnifique ainsi que la propriete ....nous y retournerons sans aucun soucis avons passe une excellente semaine ....merci aux proprietaires
