About this apartment rental

Very large apartment with exceptional mountain, nature and sea views. Calm .
Total of 450 m2 (built 190m2 - 100m2 terraces - 160m2 solarium).
Completely refurbished. work completed in July 2016.

3 large bedrooms with bathrooms and private terraces for each.
all bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toilet, heated towels.
the largest also has a MIELE bathtub and clothes dryer.

Premium bedding (1.80m beds that can convert into two 90cm beds)

We had a fantastic stay at an amazing, fully equipped penthouse. Views from any room in the penthouse are stunning. Located in a quiet compound, two shared pools. All amenities and more are available and of good quality.

I highly recommend this property. The apartment was clean, very spacious, with all the amenities needed. The infinity pool was amazing. The location is great with fabulous views. The Kudu bar down the road has great food. All in all a wonderful place to stay. We were a family of four and had a great stay, very relaxing and peaceful, out of the way but also close enough to Marbella, Fuengirola, Mijas and Cabopino beach.

We (two couples in their 60s - 80s) spent 5 weeks in the dead of winter in La Mairena and we couldn't have picked a better place. The apartment is very spacious (the photos don't do it justice - it is much nicer), with a very-well equipped kitchen, great outdoor space, very comfortable bedroom suites, all lovingly decorated - you can tell that the owners enjoy this place and spend time there. The location is a bit off the beaten path (which is what we wanted) and offers great views and a feeling of serenity, which we really enjoyed. Wonderful beaches are only about a 10-minute drive away (miles to walk along) and shops and restaurants are on the way. Interesting places such as Malaga, Granada (with the Alhambra), Ronda (the oldest bull ring in Spain), Jerez, or Cadiz are within 2-hour drives. The communication with Michel was easy, and Jackie and Andres were attentive and extremely helpful. We will definitely return!
