About this apartment rental
Apartment 40 m2 (with panoramic sea view) Terrace 34m2. Located on the 1st level accessible by 1 staircase of 16 steps. Individual entrance. Parking in front of the apartment door. Possibility of 4 people. but ideal for a couple (bedroom isolated by blind) NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN OF AGE. Residence with caretaker on a hillside in an area of 2 hectares of pines. Very calm environment.

WIFI internet connection Secure and supervised swimming pool (July and August) small pool (children - 4 years old)
Free shuttle in high season in the morning to the city center at the foot of the residence. Supermarket + shops at the bottom of the hill. Access possible on foot to town center and beaches in 20 minutes by shortcuts for good walkers. however vehicle recommended.
Sheets and towels not provided. (except in exceptional cases for tenants traveling by plane) price 25 euros + 15 euros. Sheets and towels not provided.
End of stay cleaning possible (40 euros).

l'appart est sympa, deco agreable equipement complet. lit un peu mou !!!
la vue est sublime. certes la voiture est quasi necessaire pour des deplacements mais les commerces sont vites accessibles. la.presence d'un ventilateur est incontournable... un deuxieme serait apprécié. Séjour cool

Un bel appartement avec une terrasse superbe vue mer,comme sur les photos.
En revanche il manque cruellement de ventilateurs et il faut être habitué à dormir sans rideaux sinon vous êtes réveillés aux aurores!! La piscine n'est pas équipée de transat par manque de place,de ce faîtes pour ma part je le trouve un peu trop cher

L'accueil très froid.Vis à vis sur les 2 côtés en haut et juste au dessus de la terrasse.En plus une voisine "pas tres nette"qui habite juste à côté qui ne laisse faire aucun bruit sinon elle commence à crier!!!la propriétaire a oublié de nous prévenir en arrivent(bien sûr).La résidence est situé sur les collines donc tres loin de tout ,la piscine est petite pour le monde q'il y as dans la résidence et il faut faire au moins 300 marchés allez-retour si on veut y allez à pied.Sinon l'appartement est propre et bien agencé,la salle de bain-WC ne ce ferme pas.Une très belle vu de la terrasse.On ne reviendra pas ce sur.
