About this farm stay rental

Nestled on a wooded hill facing the village of Ménerbes, the property offers breathtaking views of one of the most beautiful villages in France. The discreet charm of the Luberon and its unique atmosphere between light and shade.

On a plot of 5000m2 (holm oaks, white oaks and pines), you will benefit from well-kept services and will enjoy an absolute calm conducive to rest and reverie.

The Mas will welcome you on 2 levels:

Ground floor: entrance, living room, dining room, fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave), 1 bedroom (bed
160), 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom, separate WC, utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed, bathroom, separate WC, individual south-facing terrace with views of the village and the Luberon mountains.

A vacation home we will always cherish...

Our family of 5 loved living in this country home for the month of June in 2018. We wanted to fully experience the joy and relaxation of Provence as authentically the French do, and this home was the perfect place to do so. First of all, the home's location just outside of the quaint, historic village of Menerbes was a perfect base for our travels. We walked or biked into Menerbes daily to buy our fresh bread and vegetables at the market, and also used our car to visit many of the farmers markets in neighboring mountain villages (no medieval village is more than 30 minutes drive away). Menerbes also had a good number of restaurant options, from casual to fancy (the House of Truffles was a particular highlight of my wife and me, while the kids loved the local pizza restaurant), and the many wines from the region enhanced the lazy, hot days spent swimming in the pristine pool of the house (a new electric cover over the pool and a weekly pool maintenance service ensured that the waters were kept perfectly clean all summer). Hiking and biking on nearby trails and roads were also fun activities to do with our kids. The house was always clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a nice working kitchen and barbeque for grilling duck and fish. The owners were always available and friendly for any questions, suggestions, and issues. Most memorable for us were the sunsets from the patio overlooking the village and region. This amazing sight of the mountains and Menerbes will always stay with us. We would definitely recommend this home and have hopes to stay here again some day.

Herfstvakantie in een geweldig huis op een fantastische locatie met grandioos uitzicht op het dorp Menherbes. een heerlijk uitzicht en bijzonder gezellig en goed uitgerust vakantie huis hebben er toe bijgedragen dat we genoten hebben van de vele leuke dorpen en bezienswaardigheden. Zoals in de film "a good year" is te zien. is de omgeving schitterend. Het uitstekende, bijna zomerweer droeg natuurlijk bij aan de mooie vakantie. Het huis is erg goed afgeweerkt en heeft een royaal terras met uitzicht. Helaas konden we geen gebruik maken van het zwembad i.v.m. de koudere temperatuur s'nacht. Het contact via e mail en telefoon met de eigenaar is ook bijzonder aangenaam. Voor ons krijgt het verblijf een hele dikke voldoende. CHapeau! fam. Toussaint, Nederland

Cette maison de charme est un véritable havre de quiétude sur un terrain ravissant permettant de toujours trouver un coin charmant où se poser quelque soit l'activité envisagée ( ballades, baignade, lecture, repas , pétanque,peinture......).Le calme qui y règne n'empêche pas d'être rapidement dans un environnement plus vivant si on le désire ( Avignon, les villages du lubéron,les marchés, les randonnées etc...) La vue sur le village de Ménerbes est magnifique et propice à la rêverie...Cette maison est fidèle à la description de ses propriétaires ainsi qu'à leur extrême gentillesse et convivialité.

Amazing place, amazing location

Great place to go with my 18 month old son. The house is lovely, spacious, great pool and outdoors space. If rainy (does it ever rain?) the living room is big enough for my little one to play.The view is spectacular, which we took great advantage of by dining outdoors. I loved my morning walks/run to Menerbes, which is so close. The region, is definitely the best part of Luberon with easy access to all the other villages. I would definitely go back again!
