We loved everything about this apartment, it was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and so tastefully decorated with a lovely view to the sea. It was a delight to watch the sun rise in the morning. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage space and there was a well equipped kitchen - in fact the best equipped kitchen on holiday we have ever seen. The bathrooms were good with powerful showers and plenty of shelving . A good hairdryer was provided and also hair straighteners if needed. It was all the extra touches that made this apartment so successful for us and to list them would make this review too long. Of course the car parking space was a bonus as well. The location was good but a car is needed. You could walk down the hill to the bars and restaurants but you would need to be quite fit. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and we are hoping to visit again.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce très bel Appartement qui est très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien, que ce soit au niveau des casseroles vaisselle couteaux, draps de bain.... . la machine à laver ainsi que le lave vaisselle sont un grand plus.
La grande piscine très agréable avec assez de transats, ensoleillée avec des zones d'ombres pour ceux qui préfèrent.
Les différents échanges avec le propriétaire étaient parfait Valery était à chaque fois très réactif à nos questions et les consignes pour accéder à l'appartement les bons plans visites et resto étaient très appréciable.
L'accueil de Bégonia était également très sympathique.
Nous recommandons cette location.

Wow. We have just returned from our 11 night family holiday at Duquesa Village. We had a brilliant time. The apartment is the best equipped I have ever been to. Beds are comfortable, the apartment is new and well kept - it feels really quite high spec. The pools are lovely and despite it being the height of the summer holiday season really not too busy. All the people are considerate and polite, mix of nations, mostly French spanish and English. It's high up on a hill so the views from the balcony are wonderful. The walk to the 'tourist' centre of Puerto de la Duquesa is a downhill walk of about 20 mins. Its a bit of a slog up the hill back again but we did it many times, though taxis are plentiful and cheap if you cant be bothered. The area is lovely, within easy reach of Gibraltar, marbella and Puerto banus. The beaches locally are lovely as well as being quiet and we'd recommend heading a few miles down the coast away from the main Duquesa one to get more peace, free plentiful parking and really scrumptious food from the beach cafes cooking freshly caught fish and cooking it on an open bbq in the hull of an old boat! In summary a brilliant find which we would highly recommend.

Dit is het enige appartement/vakantiehuis dat zo goed uitgerust was qua keukengerief/handdoeken/opbergruimte/kapstokken/kasten... dat we ooit tijdens onze reizen tegenkwamen. Het was proper toen we toekwamen en Valéry had ook nog een fles cava/water voorzien bij onze aankomst wat natuurlijk altijd prettig is. Ook vonden we nog een map met nuttige info omtrent de streek/restaurants/wat te doen in de omgeving.
Vooraf had Valéry ons ook heel goed op de hoogte gebracht van alles wat we moesten weten/nuttige info/details zodat we met een gerust hart konden vertrekken. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was ze altijd beschikbaar.
Een extra pluspunt was de ondergrondse garage wat in deze streken bijna onmisbaar is.
Wanneer je dus deze streek wil bezoeken, is dit absoluut een aanrader!
