Apartment in building, on the 5th and last floor, facing the beach (less than 100 m), Total surface 74 m², including 12 m² of terrace, partly glazed. Many storage elements. Elevator, reversible air conditioning, heating, internet nearby. Iron and ironing board, stepladder.
Kitchen equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hob and ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, espresso maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery and miscellaneous.
Dining room: 5-seater dining area.
Sitting area: large 3 seater sofa, ottoman. Large TV, French channels, DVD player.
Bedroom 1 overlooking the solarium terrace: 180 bed, lots of storage space.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (can be put together). Storage elements. An extra bed.
Bathroom: complete: wc; bath, sink.
Terrace: glazed part, overlooking the living room: 1 modular table with extensions, a fully folding table (hardly takes up space). Unglazed part (solarium, giving access to the bedroom), with a large blind. Folding dryer. 6 chairs, a relax armchair.

Avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans un appartement spacieux très bien équipé, correspondant à la description faite. La climatisation est un plus appréciable ainsi que la place de parking.
Quel régal de prendre son petit déjeuner face aux palmiers et à la plage ! Malgré la présence de restaurants au RDC et au 1er étage, il n y a pas de bruit le soir.
Un grand merci à Mr et Me Ribes pour la convivialité de leur accueil.
Ce furent des vacances très réussies et, à peine rentrés, nous pensons déjà à repartir !

Appartement tres bien situé propriétaires forts sympathiques et un parking indispensable le wi fi serait appréciable mais il y l hotel a côté pour les messages et ça nous fait du bien de déconnecter

Agréable séjour en famille, où il ne manquait rien dans l appartement . L appartement est bien situé face à la plage , À côté de restaurant et petit commerce . Nous avons bien été reçus par les propriétaires qui étaient fort sympathique.
