A true hideaway from the Atlantic Ocean, this charming house is ideally situated with panoramic sea views and direct access to the beach. An idyllic setting for your holiday.
A protected natural area, this coastline offers an immense beach of fine sand bordered by dunes.
The beach links Ile Tudy to Sainte Marine
There are signposted footpaths behind the dune for walking and cycling.
In the centre of the village, a charming little port, bar, restaurant and grocery shop.
Fenced lot

House renovated in 2014, comfortable and functional, it is arranged as follows:
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, separate kitchen with quality appliances, linen room, WC, bathroom. Dishwasher and washing machine.
First floor: 2 attic bedrooms with exposed beams.
Outside: to the rear of the house, a lovely terrace where you can spend pleasant moments.
Barbecue, dining area for 8, garden furniture, sun loungers, 2 bicycles available free of charge.
There is a parking space in the grounds.

Oh it was so wonderful...to be able wake up to the sound of waves and walk by the beach in the morning...swim in the sea...it really is a great location and lovely place. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay, the location couldn't have been better. The only downside is that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. This isn't made clear in the advert. In the end this was a minor issue and we would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful relaxing week here with the beach literally on our doorstep. The house was warm and well equipped and we lit the fire every evening. Nicely refurbished kitchen and shower room. We enjoyed beach walks every day with our dog and would love to return in the summer when it would be warmer for swimming. Beach is great for surfers. The house is within walking distance to the main village. To access the house you need to go through a public car park which has a 1m90 height barrier. Luckily our 4wd vehicle has suspension lowering so we were able to get under the barrier.

This property is ideally suited for those seeking a quiet peaceful break, yet close enough to everything that you need to enjoy Brittany. If you enjoy hearing waves braking on the beach which is barely 20 metres away then this property will suit you. A popular walking/jogging/cycle track is literally on the doorstep. The house is well equipped and has excellent WIFI and Satellite TV options for when the weather closes in! Ronan and his assistant Christelle were first rate in helping to ensure my break went smoothly and efficiently. Close by are the picturesque towns of Benodet and Concarneau and in between some fantastic coastline. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The cottage is ideally positioned with just a few steps to the beach. Our dogs loved to race up and down and dive into the sea. The cottage is very well eqipped and lacked nothing. Our grateful thanks to the owner. We would certainly stay again.

We had a really delightful week at this charming house on the beach, and were so lucky to have lovely weather. The house was well equipped for our needs and has comfortable beds.We had a great break walking, cycling and visiting local towns and villages. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a beautiful property. The location is amazing with lots of lovely walks and with the beach right on your doorstep! The property itself is roomy and comfortable and the log burner is lovely and warm on cold evenings. I can highly recommend this property and especially to dog owners. We didn’t want to leave and are already looking to book to stay again. What a gem!!

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist aller vorhanden was man benötigt. Durch die vielen Dachfenster und großen Fenster zur Meerseite ist es im ganzen Haus wunderbar hell. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war schnell, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Dieses Haus ist immer eine Reise wert.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La vue sur l'océan y est incroyable, la proximité de la plage est idéal avec des enfants. La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Le salon et séjour sont vraiment très agréables, nous avons pu profiter de la cheminée qui lui donne encore plus de charme. Les chambres sous pentes, avec poutres apparentes, sont cosy on s'y sent bien. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et extrêmement bien équipée pour une maison de vacances ! Le jardin est plaisant, en été il doit être très agréable. En bref une superbe petite maison d'as laquelle on se sent bien.

Maison conforme à la description, bien équipée et très bien agencé. La pièce principale avec vue sur la mer. 2 vélos adulte à disposition, ideal pour les petites courses dans le coin (je recommande le poissonnier à Combrit) et cayac de mer (prevoir la combinaison). Le salon de jardin face à la mer me manque déjà :-( ( surtout face à la machine a café du boulot). Juste un chemin a traverser pour profiter de la mer. Bon séjour garantie pour les prochains chanceux.

Une jolie maison de l'extérieur, un site superbe... Mais peu entretenue à l'intérieur. Odeur de moisi dans le salon. Poignées et interrupteurs crasseux donc pas desinfectés. Cuisine et sdb sales. Lit sans protection de matelas...etc. En plein Covid, on croit rêver. Ayant loué 2 semaines, nous sommes partis au bout de 2 jours. Passons sur les photos trompeuses. Si le séjour est correct, les chambres sont minuscules. Impossible de faire le tour du lit sans heurter les poutres. Cette maison est trop louée et n'est pas suivie. Quel dommage !!

Alles wie beschrieben. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in bester Lage. Ile Tudy, hier vor allem das kleine Traumhaus direkt am Strand sind eine Reise wert. Leider konnten wir nur eine Woche „erhaschen“. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise alles völlig problemlos. Hoffen, wieder eine freie Woche zu „erwischen“ im nächsten Jahr😉 Viele Grüße BuM G.

Super séjour face à la mer aux tons changeants passant du glaz au turquoise en un claquement de doigt. La maison est très bien située au bord de la mer...vous entendez les vagues et le vent en direct. Maison très propre avec tout le matériel nécessaire ainsi qu'une excellente literie. L'endroit est très calme. La cheminée est très agréable après de belles ballades. Elle est très bien située pour sillonner la Bretagne. Bref que du bonheur....

Es war eins Urlaubslocation wie wir sie uns nicht schöner vorstellen können. Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in einer tollen Lage am Meer, der Ort Ile-Tudy ist süß und charmant. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Service vom Vermieter Hr. Pensec sowie in gleicher Weise seiner Assistentin Christelle. Jederzeit ansprechbar und super freundlich, auch wenn gar keine Wünsche offen waren. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren für uns richtig wertvoll. In Summe absolut zu empfehlen und wir hoffen, noch einmal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. La maison et très agréables avec une service extraordinaire et très charmant. Nous sommes très très triste que notre vacances sont finis. Nous espérons que nous allons retournez une autre année.
