About this villa rental
Welcome! This is a house that lies romantic in the middle of the beautiful Majorcan countryside with incredible views to the northern bay.
It is a 1-storey house of 220 m2 and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for couples with children or groups of friends. One room has a bunk bed, while the others have a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).
This cosy and comfortable villa allows you to feel at home. Sit down and chill out on the sofa in the living room to enjoy a good book, watch satellite TV in German, English or Spanish, listening to music, surf the Internet or have a little siesta. The dining room area has a big rustic table where you will be able to enjoy summer meals with friends and family. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your vacation: toaster, coffee machine, orange juice extractor, kettle, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is space outside the house to park 6 cars.
The outside of the house is as well a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday: go to the terrace, have a tempting barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The 200 m2 terrace is furnished and it has a chill out area. The house has a 10 x 4.50 meter private pool and a lawn area of 250 m2. Just enjoy the Mediterranean sun or have fun with your children on the big garden.
The area of Santa Margalida is right in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to get to anywhere with a short drive. The area is basically rural and settled by local people, which means that tourism is not the main activity of the area, so you will be able to discover the authentic Mallorca. In Santa Margalida you will be able to find everything you may need during your holiday: supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants. A short drive will take you to Manacor, home town of Rafa Nadal, famous for its pearl factory!
A 15 minutes drive will take you to the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a sunny day in a white sand and shallow crystalline water beach and taste paella in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of your day having a cocktail at sunset! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the calm of Playa de Muro. We as well recommend visiting the coast of Alcúdia and Pollença, where you will be able to discover an amazing amount of different coves!

[+]Lovely secluded surroundings, perfect for a family holiday. Great views and very peaceful. The property its self was perfect for us, full of character and charm. The bedrooms were spacious with ample storage. The kitchen and bbq area were well equipped and clean - as was everything else. The living area had modern smart TV's (unlike photos). Various sitting/eating areas outside to enjoy evening meals. It's a very, very nice property and we would love to go back. 10 minutes to Can Picafort in the car, which was a lovely sea side town with a nice beach, and plenty of supermarkets. Santa Margalida also offered some slightly smaller supermarkets and was a nice little town to visit.
[-] I would not say insects were a problem or upset us in anyway, but we had to be careful leaving any food on the surfaces as tiny little ants would find anything within a few minutes. The main thing we didn't like was having to go home at the end, we would have loved to have stayed.

das Grundstück und die Lage waren für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern super. Das Highlight war der Pool aber auch die vielen Sitz-Rückzugs- und Essensmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus waren für eine quirlige Familie perfekt. Auch Spül-und Waschmaschine waren ein Muss. Also kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die außerordentlich gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft, sowohl in der Küche als auch im ganzen Umfeld der Anlage, sodass wir einen entspannten, erholsamen und genussvollen Urlaub verbringen konnten. Die weiträumige Gartenanlage mit alten Oliven- und Feigenbäumen und vielen, zum Teil üppig blühenden mediterranen Pflanzen war sehr gepflegt und großzügig angelegt. Der schöne große Pool wurde zwischenzeitlich gereinigt und gewartet. Der Besitzer ist freundlich, entgegenkommend, zuverlässig und jederzeit ansprechbar. Entstanden Schwierigkeiten, wurden diese sofort in Angriff genommen und beseitigt.
