An exceptional family villa in a private, peaceful residential enclave, offering sweeping 180° panoramic views over Monaco, the Côte d'Azur, and beyond—where the sun rises and sets in full view. Just a 7-minute drive from the center of Monaco, the villa combines convenience with serene seclusion.
Thoughtfully designed and tastefully furnished in a refined modern style, the villa spans 340 sqm of elegant living space. It features four spacious double bedrooms, each with ample dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms—three of which include both a bathtub and separate walk-in shower.
The main living room offers sea views, a cozy open fireplace, and leather sofas for stylish relaxation. A second, expansive family lounge includes a cinema-style TV, oversized sectional sofa, and lounge chairs, with direct access to a serene wooden terrace shaded by a mature olive tree.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, seating 12 indoors and 10 outdoors on the sea-facing terrace. It includes a large fridge-freezer, steam oven, microwave, espresso machine, cooler drawers for cheese and vegetables, a wine cooler, washing machine, and enough glassware and tableware for over 20 guests. A large BBQ, and paella burner are also available on the rear terrace.
For outdoor dining, the top garden terrace seats up to 20 guests under olive trees with spectacular views of the cote d'Azur. A short flight of steps leads to an elevated panoramic viewpoint perfect for sunset aperitifs overlooking Monaco and Italy.
The private pool area features a stunning waterfall where children can dive, wood decking, sun loungers, and a coffee table. The property sits on a generous 2,000 sqm plot, with Mediterranean gardens and parking for 3+ vehicles.

Really nice house with grear facilities and amazing view.The pool is a lot better than in the pics and deep enough to dive in.The kitchen is well equipped The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are a lot comfier than usual rentals.Communication was very good, and we were left alone to have some privacy, which is also unusual for rentals.All in all a very enjoyable stay and it's nice for people to entrust their home to you for a holiday, it's greatly appreciated.
