Beautiful villa, perfectly located, close to beaches, Monaco and surrounding towns. Our host, Daphne was welcoming and generous. Stunning large pool and outside areas, spectacular views, a well equipped kitchen and generally a well appointed property all round. We hope to return.

We where pleasant surprised by the nice gifts we received when we checked in, they were delicious! We had a great stay for 5 days with 8 people. The house is fully equipped. The garden is sensational and the swimming pool is perfect! We would love to come back.

This is a fantastic property a short distance from Monaco. The views are spectacular. Our kids had a blast in the pool.

My husband and I and our two daughters aged 6 & 9 had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Lys. The house and grounds were immaculate upon arrival and very secure. The bedrooms are plush, spacious and beautifully appointed, all with en suite bathrooms, sliding glass doors to the garden/pool, blackout blinds, and AC. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a very well-equipped kitchen, fabulous barbeque grill, ample lounge chairs and beach/pool towels, games and toys for the kids to enjoy, a large outdoor laundry area, ping pong table and Wifi. The pool and grounds are well maintained, and the view is breathtaking. There are two charming eating areas that take advantage of the gorgeous Mediterranean vista--one in the garden and one on a balcony off the kitchen. We found the location perfect for exploring the surrounding area. It's a quick drive to Monaco, Nice and everything in between, such as the historic and charming commune Eze Village and the quaint mountaintop village of La Turbie (5 min drive). We enjoyed many sunset mountain walks on the various trails accessible from the property. All in all a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back!

My family and I usually stay at our favorite hotel in Monaco. After our recent stay at the house, however, we've unanimously decided that this house will be where we plan to stay from now on (fingers crossed). The house is located on a very easily - accessible road. No turns , no twists , no getting lost. Its entrance is through a gate, and there's enough parking to house three cars. The property is divided into three elevations, each one with beautiful landscaping. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has modern furnishings and appliances - the pictures are accurate 👍 The four en-suite bedrooms open up into the garden and pool area. All the bedrooms have A/C , tubs as well as showers, and large closet areas. There is a fifth bedroom with shower etc that has a separate entrance from the outside (we locked it , and one of the teenage kids slept there). We were eight people, and everyone was comfortable in their own bed. The kitchen has everything and more- coffee machine, dish washer, plenty of pots and pans. We didn't need a thing. There was also a huge grill in the back and a gorgeous outdoor table👍 The pool area has a cool waterfall that is available to jump off of (in the deep end). The sun lounges and other pool furniture was plentiful and in great condition. Communication, from the owner to the property manager to the housekeeping, was all very easy and very pleasant. There were no issues at all, and if there was, they were available on WhatsApp 👍 Some additional features: There's WiFi. There's air conditioning in every room. There's satellite tv. There's an alarm system for the house. There's an alarm system for the pool. You're given two sets of keys and electronic gate entrance keys. Tips: - rent this house without any worries. - utilize the housekeeping services (they know the place inside/out and were a pleasure, even with all the loads of laundry we had). - go up to the top elevation, sit on the furniture, and watch the sun set over Monaco. - thank your lucky stars that you've found the perfect house (owner/location/property). To be honest, my only concern with the house is the possibility that it might be rented out the next time I visit the area 😉 Have a fantastic time !
