Maisonnette idéalement située … très au calme ! Accès rapide au centre ville.
Propre et bien équipée.
Quelle luminosité ce qui est très agréable avec ces grandes baies …
Seul bémol : peu de pression au niveau de l eau courante ! Le subterfuge c est de décaler l heure de la douche …
Malgré cela nous avons beaucoup aimé la région et serions prêts à revenir …

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt, hochwertig ausgestattet. Man sieht, dass die Besitzer sehr auf einen gepflegten Eindruck achten. Das kleine Haus ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert. Die Küchenausstattung hat uns nichts vermissen lassen. Die Terrasse ist ein sehr gemütlicher Ort, uneinsehbar zu den Nachbarn hin. Die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit neuwertigen, geschmackvollen Möbeln.
Ein Tipp an die Vermieterin: Eine Anfahrtsskizze, die zum Haus führt, wäre hilfreich. Wir haben es erst nach mehrmaligen SMS/Anrufen bei der sehr netten Verwalterin gefunden. Sie hat uns schließlich am nahe gelegenen Casino abgeholt.
Minuspunkt: Bei Buchung wurde in der Anzeige ein Schwimmbad gelistet ("Privates Freibad in Mitbesitz"), das leider offensichtlich schon länger außer Betrieb ist (Unkraut wächst durch die Fugen, kein Wasser im Pool).
Explizit erwähnt werden sollte, dass es kein Wlan gibt. Für uns war das kein Problem.
Man sollte unbedingt Fahrräder mitbringen bzw. mieten. Es gibt ein traumhaftes Fahrradwegenetz, zum Strand und Lac etc. Man fährt direkt vom Haus aus los.
Insgesamt haben wir die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt in diesem Ferienhaus.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement, idéalement situé sous les pins et au calme de lacanau Océan. Les vélos sont indispensables pour mieux profiter de l'océan et des commodités de Lacanau. Nous pourrions revenir.

Une annonce avec piscine dans la copropriété alors que celle-ci est HORS
D’USAGE ! Peut on qualifier l’annonce de mensongère ????
Autre problème un débit d’eau pour le moins aléatoire, très désagréable pour les douches !!!!
A part Ça tout va bien !!!!!
