About this house rental
The house is located 15 minutes from Bonifacio and 25 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, in the hamlet of Pianotolli: Caldarello, in a wild and protected environment, on the harbor. The famous beaches of Pianottoli is well established as their beauty is famous. We also discover the nature reserve Bruzzi. Sartène is only 30 minutes.
This new stone house of 85 m2 for 4 persons, offers a view of the Gulf of Figari and Sardinia and even on the Genoese tower of the 16th Pianottoli historical monument. It offers every comfort with a neat decoration: outdoor jacuzzi, terrace, air conditioning in every room, plancha, WiFi access, TV ...
The main entrance to the house is located in a cave with a corner table bistro. Features of this house is its many windows that give the impression of living outside even while being inside.
RC, are the main room with an open, modern fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator ...), a utility room with washing machine, separate toilet, bedroom with 2 beds of 90 may be combined with a mattress pad 180 and shower room overlooking the main terrace with large table.
Upstairs, a master bedroom with terrace and deck view over the sea, on the Omu di Cagna and Figari airport, shower and toilet. The sunrises are spectacular.
Miscellaneous: The house is strictly non-smoking, pets are not allowed, no disabled access, cot and high chair provided, optional linens.

The villa was perfect, and the attention to details that the host’s has shown throughout this villa is exceptional. The villa was personal and well equipped. And to round it all off the host’s were so nice to us. Overall a great stay I would definitely recommend! Relax and enjoy your visit!

When we go on vacation we prefer renting a decent house in a good location, cater ourselves and stay for 1-2 weeks to explore the area.
Let me start with the communication at first. This went all fine even though I don't speak French. But English works, and Google Translate can help to.
When we arrived the father of the owners welcomed us and guided us around. If you don't speak French, this gets a bit complicated. But all fine.
The house was super clean - and it is exactly as shown in the pictures. Nothing is made up. It is the best decorated place I have ever seen. The terrace is great as are the rooms. Everything is high quality. The beds are excellent. To us, this is really important.
And I have to mention that the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have ever head (only a decently sized slicing/cutting board is missing). The kitchen is actually better equipped than our own at home.
The only tiny downside is the proximity of Figari airport. At least on the weekends in August you'll have up to almost 100 flight movements where half of them pass by in nice visibility from the terrace and the hot tub. We got used to that but for some people this may play a role.

Une villa remarquable tant au niveau de son exposition que du confort. L'optimisation de l'espace est remarquable et la construction atypique.
Côté équipements, que du haut de gamme ...
Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour !
On en oublie même rapidement le passage assez régulier des avions (aéroport de Figari) et la proximité de la route ...
Nous recommandons vivement !
