We arrived in the evening and were shown around the property. It is fairly basic inside but functional. We were two families and there was ample space for us all. The pool was small but ideal for us with our young children. The Gite is situated in the middle of a working farm. The horses were kept opposite the Gite and one of the horses escaped which meant it was dangerous to be out by the pool. There are other Gites on the farm too so there are lots of people wandering around so there isn't much privacy. There is an open train line which runs along the farm. There are about 4/5 trains that run through each day. Inside the Gite there was plenty of space and the kitchen was large with lots of equipment. However the cups are tiny so we purchased some from the supermarket. The cleanliness was ok but to be honest we expected more. The drains kept blocking in the showers and there was a vile smell. We looked at the drains and they were clogged with hair and dirt and obviously not been cleaned recently. We cleaned them ourselves. We did enjoy our holiday but will not book here again due to the train line and cleanliness.
