In a quiet and well maintained family residence:
- Dining room, living room + fitted fitted kitchen opening onto balcony facing the sea, possibility of having lunch outside.
- 2 mountain side bedrooms, bathroom, separate wc.
- Many closets, TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishes, WIFI ...
- Private parking, element of comfort to be noted, everything can be done on foot.
(Indeed the village of Banyuls has a large number of parking meters near the beaches, in the center ... which makes parking quite expensive).
- Magnificent view over the sea, rocks, vineyards, mountains.
- 2 supervised beaches around the residence, during the high season.
- 1 hotel-restaurant 50m + fast food on Elmes beach, bakery nearby, breakdown garage ...
- Departure of hikes along the Mediterranean coast at the foot of the building, GR20 from the town hall ...
- Access to the center of the village (700m to 1km) on foot along the seafront, inland, or by municipal shuttle.
- Various nautical activities for young and old (boat trips, fishing, diving, jet-skiing, canoeing ...) numerous local events (sardana, grape harvest, grape harvest festival), other centers of interest (Maillol museum, thalasso, aquarium, bowling green, tennis courts, equestrian center ...), visit many cellars ...

Appartement très bien situé par rapport à la mer, propre, très bien équipé, d'accès facile à l'entrée de la station.
Seul bémol, la situation de la route départementale, entre la mer et l'appartement, donc bruit de la circulation quand on veut profiter de la terrasse.
Ce bémol n'était pas partagé par nos petits fils qui ont bcp apprécié de voir toute sorte de camions et de véhicules de pompiers...

Cet appartement est très confortable et idéalement placé pour tout faire à pied mer et sentier côtier.

Un super séjour d'1 semaine dans ce joli appartement lumineux, bien équipé et face à la mer. Lever de soleil depuis le balcon et ensoleillement jusqu'à14h. Le pied! Petite plage agréable en face et départ vers le sentier du littoral: site des Paulilles : à faire absolument. Bien situé pour découvrir la beauté de la région catalane.
