About this house rental

Located in Longarisse, in a privileged site, 50 m from the lake (sandy beach) and 8 km from the ocean. Quiet, close to the forest, a cycle track, a sailing and water skiing club, a renowned spot for fishing.
Ideal location for families to enjoy the calm and nature under the pines between lake and ocean or the animation of a seaside resort on the move: Lacanau Ocean with its world surfing championship, its casino, its restaurants, discos. .....
1 hour from Bordeaux, a city listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, and at the gates of the Médoc vineyard and its world famous castles.
Possibility of walks on the Arcachon basin and on the almost Cap Ferret island (30 min)
Very nice villa, good quality recent bedding, nice bathroom, clear and in perfect condition. Gas central heating appreciable outside the summer season.
The cleaning is to be done before your departure, otherwise we would ask you to pay a flat rate of 90 euros

we had a lovely week here. the house is comfortable and well equipped, the garden tranquil with well placed seating so you could sit outside in, or out of the sun at all times of the day. the little beach on the lake in easy walking distance is beautiful and perfect for fresh water swimming. easy to get in and out of the water for the young and old alike!
