Located in the countryside, surrounded by fields, small stone house, with its terrace surrounded by greenery. Small quiet and bright house. The terrace faces west, so you can enjoy the sun all afternoon and you can see the sunset over the fields. A large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A kitchen open to the living room with a BZ. A bathroom with shower and toilet. A large terrace with a fixed barbecue.

The house is located near the lake of St Viaud and the Défi nature course (accrobranches). About fifteen kilometers from Pornic and Saint Brévin les Pins for the sea.
A quarter of an hour from Saint Nazaire where the liners are built.
