About this house rental
This charming house consists of two buildings: the main house and Farmhouse.
- On the ground floor of the main house are: a spacious lounge, a team kitchen, a dining room, a large TV room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
- Upstairs in the main house are 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- On the ground floor of the Farmhouse are: a spacious lounge - dining room and a kitchen.
- On the floor of the Farmhouse are: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Outside there is a large private garden, swimming pool and outdoor secure car park in the inner course. Two barbecues and garden tables are also available.
The Pénardière and dependence are rented exclusively in early July to late August.
The months of May, June, September and October, only the main house is rented without the Farmhouse. 11 people can then be hosted.
The months from November to April, only the Farmhouse is rented.
A sheets and bath towel option is proposed at 15€ per person. It includes the sheets, one big and one small bath towels, the bedding.
A tourist tax at 0,9 € per night and per adult is asked by the county.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was smooth and effortless, and the house was beautifully clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. The hosts were warm and welcoming—taking the time to show us how everything worked before giving us the space to enjoy our holiday.We were a group of around 16, including teenagers who especially loved the pool and the expansive grounds.It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this property to large families or groups looking for a spacious and comfortable place to come together.

Check-in was comprehensive; kitchen facilities were very good; Wi-Fi access varied throughout the property; transport access generally good. It is an older property so the plumbing was rather noisy.

Family group with 3 generations - aged 15 to 80 had a great holiday in a super property. Very well equipped , plenty of space and a good place for visits around the area. Thoroughly recommended.
