About this house rental
House of 55 m2 with shaded terrace, in small private residence with swimming pool, located in the Cousteau reserve, opposite the Ilets Pigeons 150 m walk from the beach.
The house is composed on the ground floor:
- an equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, small oven, 2-burner electric hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, blender and coffee maker, dishes for 8/10 people
- dining area, large teak table 8/10 people with extension + 6 chairs
- a living room with 2 seater convertible sofa, living room table and TV
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and closet
- a bathroom; shower, toilet, washing machine
Upstairs :
- A room with 2 double beds including a loft bed
- A bathroom: shower, toilet
the rental is equipped to receive families with baby (stroller, cot with mattress fitted sheets and blankets, booster seat, WC seat ...) Mosquito nets and air conditioners in the rooms

Wooden table and benches on the terrace equipped with a shade sail, barbecue available and hand shower
The household linen is provided: sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, tea towels and tablecloths.
Provision of beach mats, parasol, beach awning, small folding lounge chairs, snowshoes and children's games as well as fins, masks and snorkels of various sizes
Ideally located, the house is 45 minutes from Pointe à Pitre airport and 3 km from shops (Leader Price and Carrefour Market) Possibility of walking to the shopping center (1.5 km or about 20 minutes) along the bay
Ideal site for amateur diving or accompanied by professionals, you can discover the fabulous seabed as well as sea turtles, often at the rendezvous.

Claudie provided a lot of great Guadeloupe information prior to our visit. Valerie responded quickly when we found that a few things were not working. A great location with good access to see a lot of Basse Terre. A lot of stairs to climb and haul luggage and supplies.

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette copropriété de villas près de la superbe plage de petite Malendure (meilleur spot de snorkeling de Guadeloupe). L'hébergement est propre, fonctionnel et soigné, la décoration fait avec goût. Gros plus pour l'emplacement de celui-ci qui est sur le côté par rapport aux autres, ce qui garanti calme et intimité. De même, la douche extérieure au retour de la plage est appréciable pour ne pas mettre de sable partout et la corde à linge est d'une efficacité redoutable. Un coffre rempli de jeu de plage/eau pour enfant est à disposition. Nous avons également été enchanté par le perchoir à oiseaux; miel, confiture, tout est bon pour attirer ces charmants sucriers.
A noter que le lit du bas est composé de deux lits simples regroupés, ce qui peut surprendre (espace entre les matelas). La clim n'est pas très bruyante, ce qui est très appréciable.

Notre séjour du 14 au 28 février 2022 fût très agréable. Le logement est très bien situé et sécurisé, accès facile et privilégié à la plage de Malendure et près des commodités. Les photos sont conformes. Le service de la responsable (Valérie) est irréprochable (courtoise, disponible et efficace). La propreté et l'entretien des lieux sont excellentes. Lors de la réservation, la propriétaire nous a fourni beaucoup d'information utile et pertinente. Je la recommande pour de belles vacances.

Wi fi non disponible durant tout le séjour : Propriétaire aréactif et accueillante sans compétence. Par contre état des lieux très contraignant : impression d'être dès délinquants potentiels...
