10 minutes walk from the small beach of Mambia also called Trou à Meynal.
5 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Amandiers, Cluny, La Perle….
15 minutes from Deshaies: its beautiful and lively Grande Anse beach, its small restaurants, its diving clubs.
You are 35 km from the airport.
For shopping: Sainte Rose (5 mins) with its small colorful market, its Carrefour Market and its fishing port. In the direction of Deshaies (5 mins) a SuperU.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part du propriétaire.
La maison est située dans un petit lotissement très calme. Elle est très agréable et fonctionnelle.
Mise à disposition de tous les ustensiles utiles à la cuisine.
Les chambres sont très confortables avec de beaux espaces de rangement.
La terrasse est très appréciée pour les apéros de fin de journée ☺️.

Nous avons louée cette grande maison à Sainte Rose, et cela a été parfait pour notre famille de 7 personnes.Une suite parentale, beaucoup despace, le living et la terrasse parfaitement intégrés ... Ma femme a aussi apprécié la cuisine très complète et spacieuse.La terrasse avec accès directe à la piscine ont éte deux lieus très appréciés pendant notre séjour, quand nous nétions pas sur les plages ou à la découverte de cette partie, injustement moins connue, de la Guadeloupe. La maison était très bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et le propriétaire a été très disponible pour nous accueillir et nous donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour.Merci Ivan, grâce à vous, et à votre maison parfaitement entretenue, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans votre belle région. À bientôt...
