Exclusive penthouse with panoramic sea views and large rooftop terrace
Family oriented penthouse with stunning sea views in the beautiful area of Bonaire, Alcudia.
Located in the quiet residential area of Bonaire, this property its a few steps away from the water.
This penthouse of 150m² consists in three double rooms all with en suite bathrooms. In the master bedrooms, the bathroom has a Jacuzzi facing the terrace with sea views.
There is a 50m2 terrace with a two sets of table and chairs, all perfectly set to relax and enjoy the breeze and views from sunrise to sunset.
On the top floor you will find a large 200m² terrace with a porch, a built in barbecue and sun loungers. It also has Wifi access.
It is a modern and functional home equipped with Air conditioning, Wifi and satellite Tv.
Bars and restaurants are found close by and within a few minutes walk, although they are located far enough to appreciate the peace and quiet of the magical bay of Pollença.
Beautiful swimming area right in front the house and there are also several sand beaches nearby, all reachable within a nice 10 minute walk.
The property does not have private parking facilities. There is a free public parking area only 70m away.
We would recommend to reach by hire car as public transport to Alcudia runs just a few times a day.

Fabulous location with an absolutely stunning view. It was like being on a ship, sailing through the Bay of Pollenca. We had plenty of room for a family of 5. The A/C and WiFi work well, and the washer and dryer came in handy. Our host was very nice and attentive. You will be a short stroll to a small crossroad with a few restaurants, and a supermarket. Nice beaches are also a short walk away. The historic town of Alcudia is charming, with some nice restaurants. Palma is about 50 minutes away by car, and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Tolles Penthouse, unmittelbar am Meer, wunderbare Aussicht, modern ausgestattet. Sehr großzügiges Raumangebot.
