This penthouse (fully air conditioned) is upstairs of a small building of 4 apartments in a private residence on 4000 M2 of tropical garden (collectible palms, fruit trees, tropical flowers, bougainvillea, jasmine and other fragrant plants ) This residence is totally secure with closed parking and a very large swimming pool of 15 x 6 m.
From the large terrace of the apartment, you will enjoy a superb view of the ocean and the sunset in a quiet and very pleasant without any opposite.
Its prime location, in a residential area is far enough away from the noise of the waterfront of the seaside town of Saint-Pierre while being close to the city center and main roads to discover the south of the meeting. The beach is 3/4 minutes by car (or 15/20 minutes walk), not to mention the many shops nearby (supermarket, bank, bakery, pharmacy, hospital)

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. L'appartement est très bien situé, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le petit plus, la vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. Bref, tout était parfait. On y retournera sans hésiter.

très joli lieu, avec un accueil agréable, Jérôme est tout à la fois communiquant et discret. J'y suis allée pour le travail à plusieurs reprises et à chaque fois c'est un vrai plaisir, le lieu est bien entretenu, la piscine belle et sécurisée et l'hôte est d'une grande gentillesse. Lieux remarquable et conseillé

Un bel endroit Le confort , comme à la maison , décorée avec goût Chambres spacieuses , claires et climatisées La piscine est très grande et agréable Belle vue sur l'océan , la montagne et les champs

Depuis plusieurs années, notre point d’attache est l’Oasis de Terre Rouge à Saint-Pierre. Le site domine la ville de Saint-Pierre et offre une vue magnifique à la fois sur la mer et la montagne. C’est un havre de paix où il fait bon après une journée bien remplie de se retrouver et d’aller profiter de la grande piscine. Les appartements sont très confortables et coquets. On se sent immédiatement chez soi. C’est tout simplement parfait.
