About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.
*We do not provide beach towels, shampoo or conditioner* 1 parking spot per room. This is a motel building with 6 motel rooms. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. This was an Anniversary trip with our dog. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the beach. Room was small but very clean. It was nice having the extras coffee maker, toaster oven, frig. We would definitely stay here again. Great fast communication with the host.

Traveled with family and our small dog. Enjoyed our time there very much. We brought a white noise machine to help calm our pup as the road noise and voices outside tend to carry through the area.

On the plus side, the place was fairly clean, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and the bed was pretty comfortable. On the not so great side, the place is pretty run down with brown spots on the ceiling tiles, a gap between the fan in the bathroom and the ceiling tile next to it, and loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Overall, it just looks old and in need of updating.
