About this house rental
This beautiful, modern home is an elegant and quaint hideaway. It’s on a very quiet street only 3-4 minutes away from Westworld (Barrett-Jackson, Arabian Horse Show) and close to TPC Golf Course.
Sleeps up to 7 comfortably; 6 adults and dependent kids.
Less than a 10-minute walk to the Community Center, which boasts resurfaced basketball courts and a grassy park area with newer playground equipment. The Arabian Library and skatepark are also within walking distance, as well as the Aquatic and Fitness Center for those wishing to workout and/or swim.
The McDowell Mountain Trail is 1 mile from the home, and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve is only minutes away (1.7 miles) and offers desert beauty which is enjoyed year-round.
There are ample walking, hiking and biking trails right outside the front door. Wildlife like javelina, coyotes, bobcat, owls, cardinals, quail, hawks and rabbits are seen here daily.
This property provides all the amenities needed to enjoy a fun retreat to any North or South Scottsdale event. The cozy backyard includes a private 5-person hot tub, BBQ, covered patio with plenty of furniture.
Split floor plan features master bath with dual sinks and custom granite, over-sized frameless shower, and gorgeous lighting fixtures and faucets. There is also a 32" Smart TV in the master.
The kitchen showcases beautiful custom granite with 1-touch faucet on a deep granite sink and adjustable nozzle for easy clean-up. All tile and waterproof vinyl flooring throughout with accent rugs.
Newer washer and dryer inside, ample cooking utensils, pots/pans, Keurig and drip coffee makers, 55" Smart TV, coffee tables and appliances. An iron/ironing board are provided, as well as board games/puzzles for indoor or patio fun.
This property is perfect for couples and families, but NOT conducive to larger gatherings. Parties are NOT permitted. Stays are written for 30 nights to stay hoa compliant. Quiet time starts at 10PM nightly; backyard activity needs to be limited to soft music and quiet voices. No motorcycles allowed due to noise ordinances.
The Vig Bistro, Thompson 105 Grill, Kay Sushi and Pita Jungle restaurants are minutes away. Basha’s grocery store is also perfect for those preferring to prepare their own meals in the kitchen equipped with small appliances and all larger stainless steel ones.
Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland outdoor malls are only a few miles from this pristine North Scottsdale location, and Spring Training games are just a few miles further south on the 101 freeway, only minutes from the home.
-One garage space, 1 driveway space. No motorcycles or oversized vehicles.
-Garage door must be closed immediately upon ingress/egress to property.
-Overnight street parking is not allowed and violations will be issued and passed
onto guests.
-Dogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis; please discuss with me before booking; yard must be cleaned up daily from dogs.

The house was beautiful nice and clean ,great eater pressure in the shower. Hot tub was great, nice gas bbq as well. The hosts stopped by and were very nice to talk with. Great location ,lots of amenities near by.

The host really went out of her way to make us feel at home. After learning that we played MahJongg, she secured a set for us to use during our visit. The back patio is a relaxing oasis and the property is conveniently located to a variety of hikes as well as upscale shops. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and it’s gracious host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was as beautiful as the pictures. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is great for outdoor hiking and very close to the attractions in North Scottsdale. We had amazing views of the valley as you drive in and out of the neighborhood. Communication with the owner was great. She was very responsive and helped ensure a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property.
