Spacious cottage completely renovated, located in the heart of the Massif du Beaufortain Queige (800m above sea level), in the hamlet of Molliessoulaz. Between tradition and modernity, this chalet with a warm atmosphere can accommodate 6 people. At the same time close to the conveniences, the stations and the ways of excursion, and far from the noise nuisances, it is an ideal framework for the families or friends seeking tranquility. Its breathtaking view of Mont Blanc will seduce lovers of nature!

Housing
This chalet offers 98 m² on 2 floors. On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto a dining room and a large living room with a wood stove. The terrace offers an exceptional view of the Beaufort Valley and Mont Blanc. On the floor, 3 rooms with balconies (all with a nice view on the valley), a room of water and TOILET; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. This chalet is equipped with all the necessary comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, TV, WIFI, board games, baby equipment ... Floor heating on the ground floor and wood stove with wood available. Convectors in bedrooms, towel dryer in the bathroom upstairs. Outside, it has a green space, a wooden table for picnic and a large parking.
Access by a private road, cleared in winter.

* Hauteluce: 15 km, 25 min, departure "Le Chozal", joins the resort Les Saisies and Espace Diamant.
The alpine ski area of Les Saisies has grown considerably in recent years and now offers 70 km of slopes from the resort to the pass but also from Hauteluce and Bisanne 1500. Thanks to the new link to Notre Dame de Bellecombe, built entirely on the commune of Hauteluce and realized as part of Espace Diamant, the tracks have also diversified and enriched with breathtaking new panoramas.
The ski resort of Les Saisies is a village resort on a human scale, family and friendly.
The estate is ideal for children and beginners. The new tracks are, when they are, much more sporting.
The Domaine des Saisies has been known worldwide since the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville for hosting all Nordic skiing events (cross-country skiing + biathlon).
