About this villa rental
Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house welcomes you 60 meters from the Vendée ledge, the cycle path and the pedestrian path. Near the lighthouse and Trou du Diable, you can also enjoy the small beaches and coves (80 meters) or the supervised beach (600 m).
Saint Gilles and Saint Hilaire offer you all small shops and supermarkets.
You can also enjoy the markets of Sion-sur-l'Océan (1.5 km), Saint Hilaire-de-Riez and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de Vie (2.5 km).
The house consists of:
- ground floor: bedroom 1 (140 cm bed + wooden baby bed) with shower room, bedroom 2 (3 x 80 cm beds), bedroom 3 (140 cm bed) with shower room, WC
- 1st floor: large living room of 55 m2 with open fitted kitchen, living room and TV lounge, WC
- independent studio of 26 m2 (3 beds of 80 which can be transformed into 1 bed 160 + 1 bed 80, kitchenette, shower room and WC)
Garden side, barbecue and semi-buried swimming pool (3.5 x 5) secure will ensure you happy moments with family or friends.
From the balcony in front of the house, you have an ocean view.
Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie train station is 2.5 km from the villa.
Parking is possible in the street in front of the villa, it is free.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay ! Had the most fabulous holiday ! Location of villa is superb you look out to sea and we saw the many fab sunsets ! Supermarkets close in a car ! walking along beach amazing !
Villa fab we were 2 families 4 adults 4 young adults ! Managed bedrooms fine. Kitchen very good lots of amenities ! Fridge with small freezer compartment !
Pool was the best big enough for 8 adults to have fun ! Used washing machine fab ! Used charcoal bbq again fab ! Seating around pool ok to sunbathe ! Outdoor dining fab ! Very secure felt very safe !
Loved this villa (not suitable if you have mobility issues !)
Caroline and Olivier very accomodating son cleaned pool very well! A very successful holiday ! Reccomend Saint Gilles beach and definately do the Velorail.

Loved it. Great location and a lovely house. Great beaches and excellent restaurants. The house is qwerky but well laid out and ideal for the six of us and the dog.

Très bel emplacement . Les chambres au rez-de-chaussée sont top pour des nuits chaudes comme cet été. Piscine non chauffée mais à 28 degrés vu le temps. Propriétaires très aimables .
Tout y est . Convient pour 2 familles . A recommander
