For rent nice fully equipped studio of 26 m2 in Golfe Juan with balcony + private and secure parking in the residence. The studio is 500m from the port and the sandy beaches, about 8 to 10 minutes on foot. It is on the 1st floor with elevator, and it is served at the bottom of the residence by the Azur bus lines. Close to many small shops, restaurants as well as 2 small supermarkets. Ideally located between Cannes (La Croisette 5kms) and Antibes center (4 kms) It allows you to discover a region rich in colors with scents and major events such as the Cannes film festival or the festival from Jazz to Juan les pins.

Best place for stay during the Film Festival

Cozy and comfortable place with nice location. I came to the Cannes Film Festival and stayed here, had no regrets. The location is perfect, 5 mins walking to a bus stop or train station, not far from the sea. It takes 15 minutes by bus to Cannes, also there is a bus to Nice. The owner is very hospitable and ready to help. He showed the neighborhood and all other stuff I needed. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need. Overall I liked this place and would love to come back! Место хорошее, уютное. Самое замечательное — местоположение. Маленький городок в 15 минутах езды на автобусе до Канн. Море также очень близко. Есть автобусы до Ниццы. Хозяин оказался очень гостеприимным и готовым помочь. Показал квартиру и окрестности, дал пару советов относительно пребывания. В квартире есть все необходимое даже для долгого проживания. В итоге я остался очень доволен этим местом и могу советовать его всем, кто приезжает в Канны!

This is a great little studio in the heart of Golfe Juan , near to all local amenities and the beach

We arrived at Nice airport and caught the 250 bus to Golfe Juan, make sure you get your ticket at the airport for the bus . Gilles the owner was very helpful and there to meet us at the other end, nothing was too much trouble. The studio is close to everything , small town ,restaurants, take aways , railway station and the beach less than 10 mins walk. No car necessary as we walked to Cannes, Juan les Pin , Cap Antibes and Antibes port and town, all in the 1 week we were there. The studio , is light , airy and clean , has everything you need , we enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the balcony. Gilles said that he was having a new shower fitted next year but I said could he please keep the bath !!! We would definately stay there again , it has been one of the best September breaks we have had since going to France the last 20 years + When you catch the bus back to the airport you pay on the bus, 11 euros each. We would recommend this a great place to stay and base yourselves with so much on the doorstep.

This is a perfectly good little place. It worked very well for me and my needs. It's clean and has all the amenities you'd want (even a washing machine!). It's on the main street close to everything, but not too noisy. The negative is that it has only a fold-out couch (no bed) which isn't the most firm nor comfortable, but works for a shorter stay. It's small, but as others have said better than a hotel room by far. It's a very affordable way to stay in this region. I'd do this again. Gilles and his wife are an absolute delight, Gilles was very communicative and extremely flexible, accommodating, and generous.

A much better - and cheaper - way to spend a short break (or longer)than a small hotel room. Everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy simple self-catering. Secure apartment block in the centre of town. Clean and well furnished studio with a convertible bed-settee. Only minutes away from a good selection of shops and supermarkets. Buses and trains to Cannes, Antibes, Nice. Monaco etc all within a few minutes walk. The 250 bus from Nice Airport stops a few hundred yards away - or walk from the airport to Nice St Augustin station and you are here by train in twenty minutes. It is just so convenient with no need for car hire (although there is a secure car park space). And the excellent sandy beaches, harbours, boat trips and sea front restaurants are a few minutes walk through the town. Sun on the balcony in the morning for your breakfast and a choice of two bakers within 100 metres. We were met by the friendly owners who speak excellent English, who will make sure your stay here is as enjoyable as our short stay. We will be back.
