Great staff, clean rooms, but noisy.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was kept very clean. The room include Netflix and free Wifi. Location was perfect for us, but would not be for your average tourist.

The room was very noisy and the sound of luggage rolling through the hallway echoed in the room.

Good but not exactly what I expected.

The staff was nice and the room was pretty good.

Although everything was OK, it wasn't really what I was expecting. I thought it would be a kind of hotel, but when you arrive there is no signage, just three, hard to see "RCH" letters painted on the door, and it's more like someone's home or building which was turned into a bed & breakfast. There was also no hot water when I arrived. Had to turn up the water heater temp on the balcony. And you don't get a key; you have to knock and get buzzed in, which can be a drag if you're in a rush and/or no one's around. Was also strange to have cameras pointed at while on the private balcony.

Bad

Bed linens were dirty and unchanged. No hot water. Cold at night. Noisy room at street level. Hidden charges and fees that hiked the booking.com fee from CA$48 to CA$80. Definitely not worth the money. Totally disappointed and felt ripped off on our first night in Mexico. Cannot recommend to anyone.

Relaxing, calm, safe, very caring staff.

Excellent customer care. After 18hrs of travel from the UK and awake for 25hrs. Fany walked me to a nearby shop to buy dog food as soon as I arrived. I was treated like a friend visiting. Great care, and conversation thru Google translator. Relaxing, quiet, calm place. Fany cooked a lovely breakfast.

I wish I had stayed longer.

Friendly stuff, very comfortable and helpful. Breakfast really nice, as your wish to have option. Cleaning 5 star ⭐. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Entertainment with Netflix. I am happy to stay with them. Airport pick up and drop..... I am thank full to Manager (BETO) And Fanny.

Perfect place, amazing staff. Would recommend!

The staff were so friendly and helpful in a time when myself and my father needed it (we got stuck in Mexico due to our flights being cancelled) They gave us everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. The place is so clean and the beds are so comfy! Hot shower was amazing. Would really recommend this place!

Se supone que se puede pagar con tarjeta y en realidad sólo aceptan pagos en efectivo. Dicen que pueden incluir el desayuno, pero no es cierto, no ofrecen ningún tipo de alimentación sólo un comedor desordenado, sucio y lleno de objetos

Se espera llegar a un hotel y se llega a una casa improvisada.

Habitación muy pequeña e incómoda, los espacios están improvisados y hay mucho ruido que no permite descansar. El precio es como si fuera un hostal y es una casa improvisada.

Estancia familiar para pasar la noche, bien!!

EStá ubicado muy cerca de la estación del metro. En auto son como 30 minutos al centro histórico. Los anfitriiones son muy amables y siempre responden todas tus dudas.

No hay una recepción, por lo que si necesitas algo en horario fuera de lo habitual, no hay quien te resuelva. Al no tener alguien a disposición por algo que necesitaba (a las 7:00 a.m), opté por llamar al teléfono de contacto, pero nadie contestó.
