- výborne vybavený a pohodlný apartman, všade čistota, veľký TV, internet s wifi s dobrým pokrytím v celom apartmáne, balkón, - v kuchyni je všetko čo potrebujete - sporak, mikrovlnka, umývačka riadu, kávovar, rýchlovarná kanvica... - v kúpelni je vaňa aj sprcha, práčka, - najbližsšia reštaurácia je asi na 3 min, centrum mesta do 10 min peši, - milý majitel, ochotný poradiť vo všetkom, - 3 lyžiarske strediská (Valčianska, Jasenská dolina a Martinky) boli tiež vzdialené asi len 15-20 min
