Villa of contemporary construction

Thank you Pascal. Lovely week spent at your property. Very easy to deal with. All the mod cons. 👍Relaxing. Near to everything you need and with the added bonus of a heated pool! Highly recommended.

My family had such a wonderful time at Pascal's villa in Lege Cap Ferret, From the moment I enquired about the villa Pascal always answered my questions immediately. The booking was very smooth and almost effortless, When we arrived at the villa, we were greeted by Pascal. We didn't have to specify an exact time of arrival as Pascal lives in a small house adjacent to the property which also shares the same driveway. It proved handy to have him so near as he was able to give us tips on where to go and where to eat. Although so close, Pascal was never intrusive and the villa was incredibly private and very quiet. The outside living space is even better than the photos and the swimming pool is probably the most luxurious I have ever swum in. Pascal keeps the pool really warm (I never once shivered on entering it!) and he takes pride in keeping it super clean. The interior of the house is 'state of the art' and everything looks brand new. I don't think the photos do the inside of the house justice, it was far, far bigger than I anticipated and the master bedroom (with a walk in wardrobe and separate bath and rain shower) is gigantic! At one point on our holiday we had 4 adults and 2 children at the villa and there was more than enough space both inside and out. We had the most relaxing time here. Often opting to stay by the pool all day and using the outdoor kitchen (grill and deep fat fryer) as we loved the villa so much. But did venture out to Bordeaux and around the Basin and obviously to the nearest beach, which is just incredible! Pascal offers a boat trip on his own boat but unfortunately we were unable to go as the only date he had available was the day we had to take my mother to the airport. If you do book this villa, make sure you book the trip up early. We regret not going. Pascal is such a lovely caring man and his daughter Chloe is just divine! Thank you Pascal and Chloe. It was a pleasure to meet you both.

We spent a wonderful family holiday in Lege and two weeks didn't seem enough. The house was immaculate and offered fantastic accommodation for our family of five. Pascal the owner was always on hand and was extremely helpful. One of the holiday highlights was the trip on his boat around the Arcachon basin, stopping off on an island for a picnic lunch. I would highly recommend this. Cap Ferret offers the best of everything and is a fantastic holiday destination. The house offers a very peaceful retreat with excellent facilities which made for a great holiday for both children and adults. It really did feel like a home away from home.

Endroit très agréable, Pascal est à proximité mais assez discret et fort sympathique. L'endroit est très bien situé pour les ballades à vélos et au calme absolu. Très bien équipé, la piscine et le sauna sont des plus très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Rémi & Emilie
