First floor apartment on the sandy beach at Thurlestone, sleeping four adults and 2 children in three bedrooms: 1 x King-size with en suite, 1x King-size that can be split into twins on request, 1 x full-size bunk beds for children only.
10 Thurlestone Rock is a first floor apartment, situated on the edge of Thurlestone Sands beach. The property sleeps 4 Adults and 2 Children. Boasting spectacular ocean views, the property enjoys an open plan living area, with a private outdoor terrace. Enjoying three bedrooms (1x super King-double master suite, 1x super King-double and 1x full-sized bunk beds for children only), and two bathrooms. With direct access to the coast path, 10 Thurlestone Rock is ideally situated to those wanting a coastal retreat.
Amenities: Electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Smart TV.
WiFi available.
All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Tenants require own beach towels.
Parking for one car only. Strictly No Smoking.
Property suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.
The swimming pool is open from the end of May to the end of September, please contact the office for further information. If the cover is on the pool please carefully turn the handle to remove the cover. No swimming after 9 pm.
2 flights of steps down to building (15-20 steps); 3 flights up to number 10 (15 steps).
No trailers, boats, caravans etc.
Barbeques not permitted on private balconies/patios.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: The coastal village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the popular sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.

Large apartment with stunning views of sea and countryside. Pictures of location do not do it justice. Location very rural with access via very narrow roads. We had a lovely stay over summer solstice with some amazing sunsets. You are literally on the beach in this apartment. My kids absolutely loved the pool. Would highly recommend. Furniture, bathrooms and kitchen recently updated which was nice but rest of the decor did not really live up to the same standard. However the location more than makes up for it.
