The Granary is an extremely attractive barn conversion – the ideal base for couples or families looking for a peaceful property in the heart of the South Devon countryside, with or without a dog! The property accommodates up to five people in three bedrooms (a double, twin and single) and also has a family bathroom, and a family shower room. There is also a kitchen, lounge with smart TV and DVD player, dining area and utility room. Outside is a private paved terrace, communal garden and parking for two cars. With the South West Coast Path nearby, and Salcombe and Kingsbridge within easy reach, The Granary is a superb, well-located retreat.

It is located just 2 miles from the popular sailing town of Salcombe, with an array of popular shops and restaurants. Boasting a beautiful, scenic coastline, Salcombe is ideal for enjoying sailing, watersports, coastal walking or for simply soaking up the sunshine. Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, including the clifftop area of Bolberry Down, visit several country houses and gardens close by or explore the nearby market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, drive to the National Park at Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.
