The property accommodates up to five people in three bedrooms (a double, twin and single) and also has a family bathroom, and a family shower room. There is also a kitchen, lounge with smart TV and DVD player, dining area and utility room. Outside is a private paved terrace, communal garden and parking for two cars. With the South West Coast Path nearby, and Salcombe and Kingsbridge within easy reach, The Granary is a superb, well-located retreat.

A wonderful property in a superb location, minutes from charming Salcombe and a beautiful short walk to the sea and beach cove. Absolutely stunning property. Very cosy and warm and comfortable accommodation
