About this villa rental
This modern townhouse is located in a perfect postion close to the main shopping centre and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer.
Features include: a private courtyard where you can relax the day away, an outdoor entertaining area, open plan lounge and dining, with TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning, modern well laid out kitchen including, fridge and dishwasher, free WiFi throughout, master bedroom has a large King bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has 2 single King beds, family bathroom, laundry and remote control single garage.
This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island, so close to beach, shops and cafes.

No smoking policy
PETS: Pets considered-outdoors only
LINEN: Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You can either bring your own or hire them from Dianne, the Holiday Rental Manager. The only time linen is provided is at the Moto GP championship weekend.
BOND: A bond of $400 is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
There are many activities available on Phillip Island and only 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. A perfect location and a very confortable townhouse for you to enjoy your break away.

Excellent property in great location, within easy walking distance to shops etc in Cowes.Neat tidy unit with everything we required. certainly recommend.

Easy walk to the hotel and restaurants. Very quiet, neat and tidy. All you could ask for in my opinion. Much bigger than we needed. Huge showers (2) and a lovely spa bath in the ensuite.

Annie’s place is a short walk from Cowes beach and the shops. The unit had a light spacious living area and good amenities. We had a lovely relaxing stay here:
