About this cottage rental
T2 in a pretty Catalan village on the ground floor, make the most of the SOLEIL (300 days / year in our region) terrace and enclosed garden 80 m² + semi outdoor jacuzzi and small relaxation room, games room (table football, games of society for all ..) and fitness room, available and privatized by reservation (table at the reception), 15 minutes from the sea, WIFI - ANIMALS welcome! (warn to welcome him)
Short stays possible 2,3, 4 depending on availability.
Weekly rate between 420 € and 600 € depending on season.
ACCOMMODATION: Living room very bright with sitting area (sofa bed convertible) TV and Wifi - Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, microwave. Large room with comfortable bed 140, dressing, storage - tiled bathroom with shower, sink, separate toilet - sheets and towels provided! Baby equipment available on request.
Enjoy the comfort of the pretty village of Salses le chateau, with all facilities nearby (SPAR 100 meters, restaurants, butcher, bakery, beauty salon ...), its fortress, animations, the beaches of Leucate, Barcarès, Canet , Sainte-Marie at 15 -20 minutes.
Possibility to accommodate 6 people + 1p with extra bed by renting the independent T1.

Nous avons passés 2 semaines très agréable en famille dans ce gîte. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et notre chienne l'accueil toutou. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour découvrir le pays Catalan et les plages de la côte. Nos enfants ont pu profiter avec plaisir des aménagements proposés ( salle de sport, jeux et jaccuzi). Très pratique le kit d'arrivée ( lessive, produit lave vaisselle, café, boissons, ...). C'est avec plaisir que nous séjournerons de nouveau à la chouette escale si nous revenons dans la région.

Location très agréable, très propre. L’extérieur est aussi très bien. Dans un quartier calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Location à conseiller !!
