Summary:
Perched above The Bomie, a world-class surf break next to Margaret River Main Break, this sprawling retreat offers front-row seats to breathtaking sunsets and rolling waves. Walk to Surfers Point, enjoy a coffee at White Elephant Beach Café, or relax on the expansive deck as the sun sets over the Indian Ocean. Inside, the soaring ceilings and grand architectural design create an incredible sense of space, while multiple lounge areas and a games zone with table tennis ensure fun for everyone.
The Space:
Architecturally designed to embrace its magnificent surroundings, this modern beach house blends open-plan living with contemporary comfort. The upper level welcomes you with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted ocean views. The spacious living area invites you to sink into plush sofas and enjoy a movie night with Netflix, while the expansive west-facing balcony, equipped with a BBQ and stylish outdoor seating, is the perfect spot for sunset drinks and alfresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large pantry and all the essentials for group catering, makes at-home meals effortless.
The primary suite on this level is a private sanctuary featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in robe, and an adjoining infant’s room or study with a cot and work desk. (Please note that while the ensuite includes a bath, the spa function is not available.) Downstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms designed for both comfort and privacy. One features a king bed, while a queen bedroom shares an ensuite with a flexible fourth bedroom that can be set up with either two singles or one queen. The final bedroom is a dedicated kids’ space with two bunk beds and its own ensuite bathroom.
Discover a second lounge area downstairs, complete with a crackling wood fireplace to cosy up to on cooler evenings. A table tennis table promises endless entertainment for all ages, while the dedicated TV room features Netflix, a selection of children's toys, and air conditioning. Step outside to the expansive grassed area, a safe haven for children to play freely while you relax and savor the refreshing sea breeze.
A double carport and fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer makes extended stays effortless, while a powder room and reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout ensure additional comfort.
A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

A short drive inland will take you to some of the region’s most renowned wineries, including Voyager Estate, Leeuwin Estate, and Cape Mentelle, where you can enjoy wine tastings and gourmet dining experiences. For craft beer lovers, breweries such as Margaret River Brewhouse and Black Brewing Co. offer locally brewed favourites in relaxed settings.
Adventure seekers will love the proximity to the Cape to Cape Track, a stunning coastal hiking trail that winds along dramatic cliffs and secluded beaches. For a unique underground experience, the spectacular Lake Cave and Mammoth Cave are within easy reach, offering guided tours through breathtaking limestone formations.

Bondy's Beach House was an amazing place to stay for our 'girls trip'. There is a little set of shops nearby, walking distance, which is super helpful. Large rooms and plenty of beds makes it super family friendly and we'll definitely be back.

Perfection in every way. The property was clean, user friendly, well stocked, perfectly placed for beach walks, lazy cafe lunches and close to all the amenities of Margaret River but far away to be peaceful. Thanks Bondy’s, we loved every minute!

Fairly enjoyable, well equipped with plenty of Appliances and kitchenware, Linen was optional and we missed this when we booked( our fault), but there were still plenty of Pillows and blankets just no Bedsheets or Towels.
Good location, only a short trip into Margaret river and a short walk to the beach.
Beds were not comfortable with 2 of us Sleeping on the singles opting to sleep on couches for the rest of the trip.
Driveway was quite steep and one of the cars ( just a standard sedan, nothing lowered) we took with us was unable to park on the drive or carport and had to street park
Only thing that soured our stay was the first night we had decided to spend the night with a board game and relax, we were not playing any music and were speaking in normal conversation volume when I received a call from the Owner stating he had received a noise complaint from one of the neighbours and asked us to keep the noise down. I thought maybe someone had been a bit loud beforehand, so I told him we would keep the noise down from now on, and we continued with the game. Shortly after that we received a Text message from the owner that another complaint had been lodged, and we were to Cease all music and loud noised from the property immediately or Forfeit our Security deposit. I called the Owner and explained that there was no Loud music being played and that we were only speaking in Low conversation volume, we walked out onto the Balcony and could see a House a street over that had lights going and loud music playing, so I informed the owner of this and that the noise could not have been coming from us (it was a windy night so the indoor voices could not even be heard by us standing outside on the balcony), not long after this I received another Message stating the People lodging the complaint were convinced the noise was coming from our address. this was the last we heard of any complaints over the rest of our Stay, and we still Received our Security Deposit back, but I rather inform potential customers of this prevent any future issues.
