Hi! The house was great and convenient location. We have been reaching out to the property manager for the last 1.5 weeks - we left a pair of shoes and were hoping to pay to get them shipped back if found. We haven't been able to get an answer - and per the house instructions read the owner likes to read reviews so hoping we can find out about shoes - they are our daughter's favorite and she is crushed we left them. Dear Owner - please help us by contacting the property manager/contact for house and let us know how to sort this out. thank you very much! - Mike

The beds and furniture were comfortable and the location was great however the home was not very clean. Most bathrooms and drawers in master contained home owners personal items, actually personal items were everywhere. Kitchen drawers full of drips and crumbs, kitchen small appliances were also full of drips and crumbs, countertops and toilets needed to be cleaned. Carpets could use a cleaning as well as baseboards and walls.
These were all surface spaces that should be spotless. Outside garbage bin was overflowing from previous guests.
Rick the contact was courteous and addressed our needs regarding the pool and hot tub. A windstorm came up while we were out and tipped the glass top table (shattering the glass) and Rick had someone there the next day to clean up the mess. There was just no point in having him send cleaners in for the house as we couldn’t wait for however long it would have taken for house cleaners .. we went and bought cleaning products and did it ourselves, besides house should have been ready for us.
The home itself was in a nice, quiet neighbourhood but really does need a good cleaning and with all the areas and cabinets that were locked off I felt all their personal belongings could have been put away. We felt like the people who lived there just got out for a week and rented it to us.. just too personal.
