Apartment for 8 people, 70m² in a village house 5 minutes from the slopes. After dropping your car at the nearby car park, you will do everything on foot, skiing, swimming pool, massage, movies, buy bread, restaus ......
There are 3 bedrooms with 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 (bathroom and toilet attached), 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 140 and 1 with 2 beds of 90 cm. 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, washing machine, room, kitchen with fridge with freezer, TV with boxing (120 channels), internet, DVD player ..... All the necessary to do more, a fondue raclette Savoyard, Burgundy, chocolate, induction plate 3 feus, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker with filter or espresso, blender, electric mixer, lounge or you can welcome guests (12). Sheets, towels, towels, heated ski lockers available upon reservation.

Two families stayed in the apartment. It looks like in description. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very friendly. The only minus there is almost no place to store ski equipment.

Great location in the old village. Brigette who manages the property so helpful, welcoming and always available. The English version on the VBRO website is not clear as to the fact no sheets and towels are provided. Plenty of room for 6 but 8 may be a squash in the seating area. Well equipped kitchen including a teapot (great for the English!). The apartment has a rustic/alpine ambience.

Very functional, comfortable, traditional-oriented and cozy apartment in a seasoned village house at the first floor, without high-end luxury or design. Suitable for two families (2+2 kids and their parents). Less than 5 minutes’ walk to ski tracks (the Araret gondola), surrounded by restaurants and with bakery and shops at walking distance.
Good general equipment (kitchen, etc.) and cleanliness.
Fussy guys may spot some minor maintenance details fixable here and there.
At the time of our booking, announcement was far better detailed in French than English or Italian; very worth noting that this property is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility due to a steep rustic staircase to get at the 1st floor.
View (panorama) from windows is not that much indeed. Some details have been updated (improved) compared to pictures in Vrbo site.
Someone may like to know that one bathroom has a window, the second one do not.
We would have liked the bed sheets included, instead of a perceived pricey additional charge (yet avoidable carrying yours).

L'appartement est vaste et bien équipé pour une famille. Tous les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Les inconvénients: manque de lumière, escalier très raide pour y avoir accès, odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bains. L"appartement n 'avait pas été occupé depuis longtemps à notre arrivée, et n'était pas très propre. Dommage!
