T2 Bis Duplex 40 m2 - 4 people - close to beaches and Ste Marguerite Good Source at 2nd floor of a residence located in a wooded park. 1 outside parking.
1st level: entrance, bright living room overlooking a large terrace, open kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher, separate toilet, small alcove bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
2nd level: master bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom (bath and washbasin).
Cupboard halfway up the stairs.
Beds: 1 double bed 160 (2 pers) in the upstairs bedroom, 2 beds 80x 190 (2 people) in the small bedroom, 1 sofa with sleeping 120 (1 person) in the living room.
Facilities: TV flat screen 80 cm, combination microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner.
Sun terrace of 13m2 Furniture: 1 teak table, 4 chairs + 2 folding teak stackable chairs.
Interests:
-Club Children and sailing club on the beach of Ste Marguerite. Public playground for children 100 m.
-Hiking Walking on the coastal path, bike ride to discover the villas and the market Pornichet.
- Numerous possible excursions around La Baule, visit the salt marshes and the medieval city of Guerande. Seafood Tasting on ports Croisic and Turballe. Boat trip on the canals of Briere National Park.
-Visit The Port of St Nazaire - Escal'Atlantic park - and aquarium Croisic.

Cet appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, très propre et ensoleillé pendant une bonne partie de la journée.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment accueillants et charmants. Prêts à tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable.
La proximité des commerçants et de la plage est bien appréciable.
Nous espérons y retourner.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Pornichet.
L'appartement ,très propre,calme et fonctionnel est situé près des plages ;des commerces sont à proximité,ainsi qu'une navette gratuite pour se rendre dans le centre de Pornichet.
Je remercie les propriétaires,Denis et Flavie, pour leur accueil,leur sympathie et leur disponibilité.
En résumé,une semaine parfaite...!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Pornichet. L'appartement est parfaitement bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage, et tout à fait conforme à la description : très propre, parfaitement équipé, etc. Et puis surtout, Denis et son épouse nous ont parfaitement accueillis, comme des amis, à l'écoute de nos questions, nous donnant de nombreux bons conseils, prêts à nous venir en aide au besoin. Bref, nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de nos vacances d'été. Notre fille nous presse d'y retourner, et c'est sûrement ce que nous ferons...
