House of about 110m2 typical authentic charm of the area in the village of Lezignan La cebe 5mn of the city of Pézénas (Moliere).
This home enjoys a privileged position in the village. Quiet area very green and nice. You can not take your car to pick up your bread and a local produce to cook.
A friendly barbecue is traditional masonry is at your disposal for your lovely summer barbecue and midseason.
The house consists on the ground floor:
A large fully equipped kitchen (freezer, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, cooking 4 fire, washing machine, dishwasher), with a small lounge overlooking courtyard / garden, a large shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms and living room.
1st floor:
A very large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
This room boasts a view over the village of one side and a view of the garden / courtyard of the house of the other.
The garden is private with BBQ, patio, garden furniture.
