About this apartment rental

This apartment is located in a villa of 3 apartments overlooking the center of the village, at a place called La Communaille.

At the edge of the forest, in this very quiet little hamlet, the apartment also enjoys a southern exposure with a very beautiful view of the Aravis range, the center of Grand-Bornand and the valley.

Separate entrance for each apartment and one apartment per floor.

Magnificent

Gorgeous location, with a perfect view of the mountains and the beautiful village below.Perfectly clean place with all the utilities. Even had space in the garage for my kayaks. Personally I think the pics of the property don't make it full justice,I think it looks way better once you are there, real value for the money I think.

Comme l’année passé, nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Mme Anthoine Milhomme. L’appartement est parfait, fonctionnel, propre et très bien équipé. Les 3 chambres sont appréciables quand nous sommes nombreux et la station du Grand Bornand est typique et charmante. Le grand séjour et la cuisine sont un plus non négligeable, tout comme la terrasse et sa vue magnifique. Bref, un séjour à recommander et à refaire.

Logement spacieux, très bien équipé, belle vue donnant sur les Aravis, situé au calme. Départ de sentiers randonnées à quelques pas du chalet. Possibilité de place au garage pour un véhicule. Arrêt de bus à quelques mètres (Chinaillon - Gd Bornand). Avons passé un excellent séjour aidés par une météo propice aux randonnées.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Rien ne manquait, propreté impeccable, aucun problème dans l'appartement chaud et douillet avec une vue imprenable sur la chaine des Aravis. Une adresse à retenir si nous revenons dans la région et à conseiller. Les cartes de bus nous ont été offertes très gentiment. Un grand merci à la propriétaire.

Cet appartement a été refait à neuf et il est impeccable et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Une place pour un véhicule est prévu dans un garage ce qui n'est pas négligeable en période hivernale et le logement est très bien situé. Nous recommandons ce logement.
